What all should a girl know about her body and sex by the time she is 14 years old?

My friend (who is 31) was talking to me, and she said i didnt know much about sex or my body for my age. She said it is not her place to tell me though. I can't ask my mom that would be way yto embarissing. What all is there to know at 14?
What the heck is a dousche or whatever that everyone keeps talking about???!!!
