Is it normal to be 18 and still think about sex and girls all the time?

I am 18, and I still think about girls and sex as if I was a couple years younger. I am more concerned with the romantic aspect of a relationship than the sexual. I literally think about naked girls like all the time still, and I thought guys were supposed to calm down by my age.
